BZT Academy founder Baha Ahmet YILMAZ, Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sadaqat Aliyeva's invitation and attended the congress themed "Civilization: Problems and Perspectives" and "Free Shusha" as the keynote speaker.

With his speech titled "From Frozen Crisis to Victory: Turkey's Role in the Second Karabakh War"; Yilmaz's speech, which made a versatile analysis of Turkey's role in the Second Karabakh War, was highly appreciated.

Yılmaz made the following statements regarding the conference:

We aim to contribute to the ongoing collaborations in many fields, especially in Turkey and Azerbaijan, with the congresses we hold at the academic level. I believe that these events, both face-to-face and online, will increasingly continue in the coming period.
